Korea has strong domestic tube sheet suppliers, so we don't pretend to replace them. Korean fabricators come to us for exotic grades, overflow capacity and drawing-led quotes on difficult sheets. We machine to your drawing and ship to Busan or Ulsan.

Korean heat exchanger fabricators, shipyards and EPC contractors can buy machined tube sheets (관판 / 튜브시트) from NPRO India. Typical reasons are exotic grades, extra capacity in busy periods and difficult drilling. We machine to your drawing with ASME/TEMA records and ship to Busan or Ulsan.
Korea's exchanger fabricators cluster around Ulsan, Busan (including Gangseo), Changwon and Ansan/Siheung. They build for petrochemical and LNG projects, power plants and the shipbuilding and offshore yards.
Local suppliers already handle a lot of carbon steel and stainless work. Where an India-based supplier helps is with Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium and super duplex sheets, with large drilling jobs when local machines are booked, and with export projects where the drawing follows ASME and TEMA.
Korean drawings call the part 관판 or 튜브시트. A Korean version of this page is available.

Korean terms are listed for reference; our quotes and documents are in English.
Sheets ship by sea in export crates to Busan, Korea's main container port, or Ulsan for the petrochemical and shipbuilding area. We don't have a warehouse in Korea; delivery is direct to your works through your forwarder.
EN 10204 3.1 certificates traceable to heat number, a dimensional report against your drawing revision and the NDT and PMI records you specify. Tell us if your client's inspector needs to witness at our works.
Korean buyers often order baffles with the tube sheet. If you need baffles drilled to match, include them in the same enquiry so the patterns are checked together.

Yes. Drawings with ASME and TEMA references are easiest. If notes are in Korean, add the key dimensions, grade and tolerances in English and we confirm them in writing.
