Philippine power plants, refinery maintenance teams and fabricators can buy machined tube sheets from NPRO India. Most enquiries are condenser and cooler sheets for geothermal, coal and gas-fired plants. We machine to drawing, supply ASME/TEMA records and ship to Manila or Batangas.
Geothermal plants in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao need condensers and brine exchangers in materials that survive their particular fluid. Coal and gas-fired plants add large condenser and feedwater heater tube sheets, often as replacements on ageing units.
Outside power, the Bataan refinery, chemical and food plants, and ship repair yards order smaller quantities, often in seawater-resistant grades.

Seawater-cooled condensers and geothermal condensers both put the tube sheet in aggressive water. The tube material and the tube sheet need to be compatible, and your plant's materials engineer makes the call.

Geothermal fluid chemistry varies by field, so the materials decision has to come from the plant. These items let us quote the right sheet without guesswork.

Many Philippine coal and geothermal units have been running for decades. Condenser tube sheets on those units often show corrosion at the tube ends or holes that have opened up after repeated retubing.
Where the original drawing has been lost, a careful survey of the old sheet is enough for us to make a replacement. Where the sheet corroded faster than expected, it may be time to review the grade, for example moving to titanium with titanium tubes. That decision belongs to your engineers; we quote whichever is specified.
